Other times by arrangement with innkeepers. While we love to meet all of our guests when they arrive, sometimes we need to make other arrangements.

Please note the Green Palm Inn is a four bedroom historic inn, and IS NOT ADA compliant. All of our guest rooms are upstairs, and require using the staircases to access them.
Reservation Policy
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guest will be charged $30 per night.
2-night minimum stay on weekends, special events and holidays.
DePOSIT
We require a credit card to reserve your room, which will be charged one-night room rate and taxes after booking. Additional nights will be charged on the day of your arrival.
Cancellation
The Green Palm Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your arrival for a full refund.
If you cancel within 14 days, you will be responsible for the cost of the entire stay. If we can resell your room, we may be able to offer a full or partial refund for those rooms sold.
Early departure: you will be responsible for the cost of any remaining nights if an early departure is required. If we can resell your room, we may be able to offer a full or partial refund for those rooms sold.
All cancellations are subject to a $30 processing fee.
PARKING
There are two private off street parking spaces for guests at the rear of the inn, off E State St. This is a one-way street, entered from E Broad St.
Other public parking spaces may be available at the front of the inn on E President St. Please note that the city recently made these metered spots, with a $12 per day maximum, payable from 8am to 8pm (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Our parking spaces are first come, first served. We will make all efforts to accommodate guest vehicles at the rear of the inn as spaces become available.
DAMAGE FEE
In the rare event that a room or contents are damaged due to guest negligence, we reserve the right to assess a cleaning or repair / replacement fee equal to that needed to resolve the issue.
A $30 fee may be charged in the event of lost or taken keys.
