Bewitchingly Sweet and Whimsical Halloween in Savannah Bed and Breakfast: Green Palm Inn

SAVANNAH Georgia (September 25, 2013) – Are you ready for a fall trip or weekend in Savannah? Green Palm Inn’s top-rated Savannah bed and breakfast extends an invitation to savor fall in Savannah — named #1 on Travel+Leisure’s “America’s Best Cities for Fall Travel“, 2013.

In Savannah GA Green Palm Inn’s Diane McCray dazzles bed and breakfast travelers with Savannah fall hospitality and early Halloween desserts.

In a town where the folklore includes haint blue superstitions, haunted tales and places, Voodoo, and witch doctors, Green Palm Inn conjures up a little practical magic in its lighthearted cuisine, fall décor, and charm-rich cottage.

“What’s life without whimsy?”
― Dr. Sheldon Cooper – The Big Bang Theory

On our cottage bed and breakfast porch, whimsical pumpkins and fall wreaths will welcome guests and also lend a lighthearted spirit into the inn’s Greene Square neighborhood.

Diane adores corn candy, and is eager for October to roll in for this delicious afternoon sweet to be on the inn’s dining sideboard — Candy Corn Fudge.  The happy-spirited innkeeper burst into laughter when she spotted these “Ghost and Witches Cupcakes” on Michael’s web site.  These are posted in the inn’s Pinterest board.

If a good witch is a fascinating or enchanting woman who possesses magical powers then, with her wisp of a smile, Green Palm Inn‘s innkeeper Diane McCray is one!  Who cannot grin with throw-back visions of Sally (Practical Magic), Tabitha and Samantha (Bewitched), Hermione (Harry Potter), Glenda (Wizard of Oz), Piper (Charmed), and Cassandra (Good Witch)?

You WON’T have to worry or stress! Diane and her staff are famous for spot-on recommendations. Just check TripAdvisor.com reviews.

“More than one in every four (28 percent) travelers admitted the largest cause of stress were the lack of local knowledge, not knowing where to go, what to do and how to get there.”
Hospitality News, Demeure

Pssst! Don’t be surprised if Diane is wearing Darn Tough Good-Witch Crew Socks on ANY chilly October morning at breakfast!

These Halloween recipes brought a few grins to our faces —
