This is my 2nd full week to get to a healthier me. I have started my work out at the WMCA. That coupled with a Zumba class will help me to be healthy and hopefully more toned and a little lighter. We’ll see. I am going to do this no matter what. It should be interesting especially since that Zumba Class kicked my you know what. I will keep a running tally of what happens each week, working out with a trainer and with the Zumba class.
